The workshop ?Harnessing the information contained in low-quality data sources? took place at the European Centre of Soft Computing (Mieres, Spain) on May 16 and May 17, 2012, with the purpose of joining together researchers from different communities that have worked on problems related to modeling and classification with non-standard data.
