La obra recorre de modo exhaustivo la sociolingu¨ística, tanto en lo
temático (teórico, descriptivo y aplicado) como a través de todas sus
escuelas. Entendida como una perspectiva dinámica que supera las
limitaciones del estructuralismo y el generativismo, finalmente
propone un modelo propio de inspiración caotológica, la
sociolingu¨ística integral.
The book is a comprehensive survey of sociolinguistics, both
thematically (theoretical, descriptive and applied) and through all its
schools. Understood as a dynamic perspective that overcomes the
limitations of structuralism and generativism, it finally proposes its
own model of chaotological inspiration, integral sociolinguistics.
