Around 500 Abstracts have been submitted from scientists of over 20 different countries, and morte than 30 internationally recognized scientists from the different fields of the Spectroscopy have accepted to deliver plenary and invited lectures in different sessions. I hope that the Coference will offer an excellent opportunity to develop new cooperative projects, new personal collaborations or interchanges and fruitful ideas for the advancement of Spectroscopy.
