The goal of this manual is to introduce students to the syntactic analysis of English by offering a comprehensive discussion of the core concepts and theoretical assumptions that underlie minimalist syntax. In this book, syntactic operations such as Merge and Agree are systematically linked to the morphosyntactic features that are relevant for English.
